Do Good, Look Good, Feel Good

One of the most difficult things to do during the cold winter months is work out. I mean, who actually wants to get up at 6 or 7 AM to go to the gym before work? And then 6 or 7 PM rolls around and you're exhausted, it's been dark for at least 3 hours, it's below freezing outside, and the only thing on your mind is what's for dinner and how soon you can get into your favorite sweats and under the covers.
They say that the morning is the best time to workout because it wakes you up, starts you off on the right foot, and sets the tone for the day. For the longest time I struggled with a morning workout because of the time it takes to actually feel awake, work out, and then the additional time I need to get ready (aka wash my hair and dry it- such a process)

So I found these videos- also done by the Victoria Secret models; amazing. They are only 10-15 minutes each, so you can do a leg/butt video, an arm video, and an ab series. Total time 35-45 minutes, targeting your entire body while giving you a great workout (and leaving enough time to do your hair before work)

So the workout is done and you're just not in the mood to wash your hair. No problem.
Dry Shampoo is a life saver. Spray this Bumble and Bumble dry shampoo on your (probably sweaty) hair. It soaks up grease, creates volume, and smells amazing.
If you're not into products, just use baby powder. Very similar results.
And just because this is all about feeling good and looking good... Shop the best workout attire from Blue Life. Probably some of the cutest things in the store right now and you can even wear this stuff in life- not just to workout.
Do Good. Look Good. Feel Good.
Good Luck!!
